Tom Bomford is a Creative Producer who works across platforms and genres. He’s based just outside London, in Surrey.
He’s worked on content for major broadcasters and streamers, including Discovery ID, Disney+, Al Jazeera English, Channel 4, ITV, BBC3, Channel 5 and Sky, and for global brands, such as Samsung, Soho House, McDonald's, Heineken, Skype and the Open University.
Tom has navigated complex shoots both in the UK and internationally - securing difficult access, from institutions like the police or the Palace of Versailles to remote Indigenous communities, and handling sensitive casting situations, including the families of murder victims and hurricane survivors.
Using empathy to build genuine connections with contributors and craft relatable stories, he creates emotional bonds that effectively sell ideas, stories, and products, leaving a lasting impact beyond the screen.
Most recently Tom has been collaborating with filmmaker Glen Milner at Filmworks, on a raft of content, from branded content for brands including Soho House to feature-documentaries such as ‘All Points North’ - a meditation on the changing industrial landscapes of Yorkshire.
Tom’s curiosity about the world and global cultures, which he likes to reflect in his work, has been enriched by his diverse experiences - including performing at the Royal Albert Hall, teaching in Papua New Guinea and Uganda, and milking goats and making cheese on a remote Sardinian farm.
